No water but power to shower unit !

My shower suddenly just stopped ! no water but there is still power to shower unit .I haven't a clue about electrics or plumbling but had a look on internet and now think it is the solenoid coil that needs replacing, does anyone know where I could get one in Derry /Londonderry ?????? Don't have to wait days to get one from internet.javascript:emoticon('')
