Ok Guys Daughter just sent me a video, her toilet cistern is making a funny noise, house is not that old 10 years or so, the toilet flushes ok, but the fill valve is making a funny noise, she sent me a video on WhatsApp but I cannot get it onto this site

Does it sound like a ship's horn ,when toilet is filling up after flushing ? If so replace the float valve.
