My boiler is making loud banging noises, the noises are from the boiler itself,which is a Glow worm fuelsaver 40-50.
The boiler is 20years or so old,I am having people to quote to renew.
Before I take this step is there a known fault that would cause boiler to make banginging noises, intermitently cut gas flame(not pilot)during banging.
