Noisey boiler

Open vented, fully pumped, close coupled with air separater , pump over run wired in, new boiler- 24 ri bosh he.

Boiler makes banging noise and water floods out of expansion pipe and then header tank over flows out of over flow pipe, after it shuts down, can take an hour to do it, all rads get hot, water gets hot? Any ideas please?

When a new boiler is fitted the system needs to be cleaned. Sounds as if yours may not have been. Or might have been pumping over.

Its usually a partial blockage at the point where the vent and feed pipes join.

There is a lot of information in the FAQ and so many posts here that a simple search will bring up a week's reading.

I am assuming that this is a new problem?
