Noisy Glowworm Ultimate

I have a Glowworm Ultimate boiler which until recently has been okay.
Now when the boiler starts up everything is fine until the gas ignites then it sounds like more like I have a petrol generator running.

Would I be right in thinking that this could be a faulty gas valve an if so, any ideas on the price to replace with a repalcement gas valve kit?

I didn't say I had come up with a faulty gas valve. I asked if I would be right in thinking it was that. Simple enough question surely.
