I have a glowworm ultimate the system was fine yesyerday used it for hot water went to turn water on last night and nothing the pilot light is out and and the ignitor is not trying to light the pilot . Kids and missus screaming for a bath HELP PLEASE !

Is this the fan flued model (round flue) or the model with no fan(square flue)?
Regardless of which model it is, I think that you are going to have to call a gas registered engineer.
Whilst in theory the PCB could have failed, which could arguable be changed on that boiler by a DIYer, thats probably less likely.
