Noisy Hot Water

I live in a 1930's build house - recently our hot water tap in our bathroom started making a lot of noise intermittently when turning it on; there doesn't appear to be any logic as to when it happens

I think it may be air stuck in the system but we aren't getting the issue in any other hot water taps in the house so not sure why its localised

Any suggestions much appreciated

Could just need a new tap washer/jumper.

If you conduct an internet search under 'water hammer' you will find everything you need a new washer usually cures it.
