I have the boiler for 4 years now with no problems. Now it became noisy - while working, the 'normal' noisy that it makes, it is louder, like squeaky noise, like it 'needs oiling' (but of course that s not the case). I know people have said about banging noise but this is not my problem. any ideas before starting calling the plumber in. Thanks

Fan most likely. DO NOT repair or attempt a repair unless qualified, call an engineer, these boilers require something inspecting on them that is a critical safety check
