Hi the lads upstairs in the conversion are renting and are loud - voices and I can hear them squeek on the floorboards and walk around with big boots (or so it seems). so got airborne as well as impact noise...
any help considering their landlord is tight as a gnats chuff?
I'd be willing to fork out a bit of cash as its effects quality of life but if anyone could suggest the cheapest and most effective way - much appreciated...
ps I can tell them not to shout but I can't really expect them to tip toe around their home...
