If access is easy to the pipework after the internal stopcock then it's a simple install as Hugh says, no more than 1/2 hr to do.
I'd charge no more than £50 incl, less if it's good coffee and the biccy's are chocolate

Funny that, my boss when I was apprenticed always used to adjust the price according to tea supply at a job!
