Noisy Whirlpool AWG338 Washing machine

the machine itself is working partially, when it spins I can hear a loud cyclical noise. It is also not drying the clothes properly. I have cleaned the filter.

not sure whether this is something simple to fix or worth replacing. its about 5 years old.

any advice welcome.

a bra wire or the bearings have gone. most machines last 4-5 years now..
