Nokia Asha 210 lost contacts, settings, ringtones & them

Hello All,
Can this problem be fixed or is the phone cream crackered?

The phone switched itself off, and when I turned it back on everything.. and a i mean everything has been wiped off the phone.

contacts
emails
ringtones
themes

the lot

Can this be fixed?

Your report is vague. You haven't described what you actually see on the screen when you switch on.

You can see what's occupying memory by using the method described here:

(If that's beyond your capabilities, your only option is to take it to a specialist.)

If its a smart phone & you had a Google account & sync it, you should be able to get it ALL back.
If not then I would say you have lost it all.
