I'm doing a garage conversion and need a staircase from the garage floor to the house floor. Both are wooden and the difference in height is 1260mm. I did think of making the staircase but my time is limited so I though I could buy on either as flatpack or pre-assembled. Any ideas where I start looking? Building Regs are involved so I need it to be a 'proper' staircase.

Thanks

B&Q and Screwfix do off the shelf stairsets. Although I looked at these recently for a loft conversion in my own house and ended up going to a local stairmaker. His price was £1175 for a double winder fitted. Job now done and I'm very happy with it.
