Haven't got a tester with rcd locking facility so wil have to work out. another thing is do i do PSC on the board and socket?

You only need to 'measure' PEFC/PSCC at the origin. That's the place where fault current will be at a maximum; if your protective devices are okay for the PFC there, they will be okay for everywhere downstream.
