Not another decking question...

Evening all, just purchased some more decking and compared it to the stuff I have had down for 2 years or so, love the colour of new decking and wonder if there is any product that will seal it and keep it looking the colour it is now please? Followed all the instructions fir my old decking using Liberon oil and it still looks good but nothing compared to the new stuff.

Please tell me this is possible.

Another question please. My new deck is away from the house, should I put a slight slope on my decking to aid water run off or do it perfectly level?
 
Haven't these questions been asked dozens of times before in the thousands of previous threads on decking?
