Nu way boxer oil boiler "bleed" point

Hi,
Gone to use central heating after filling oil tank and boiler won't "fire up". Programmer works, if you try to boost it it powers up but cuts out after failing to ignite.
Most common solution seems to be to try bleed it but where from?

The bleed nipple is facing you under the solenoid wire.

On that pump, that bleed nipple will only be open when the solenoid opens. On the face of the pump you will find two allen screw caps marked p & v. Undoing either of these will bleed the fuel line without the burner running.
