nu-way boxer wont fire up - help

I recentley let my oil run out again and when I got the tank filled the burner wont fire up , this has happened a few times and each time I ring a guy, he comes out fiddles with the thing for about 2 minutes and charges me £40 quid. Im no plumber but I recon this could be sorted.

Can someone please help !!!

It's simply a matter of bleeding the oil supply line!!
Have you watched to see what he does ??
You could always get a tank watchman fitted so you dont forget to check it !!
