Obtaining a ECS Gold Card help

I understand that a ECS Gold card can be obtained by having these 3 qualifications 18th edition, NVQ 3 in electrical qualification and the Health, Safety & Environmental Assessment, is this correct ?

If so I have the first 2 but need guidance on where to get the literature and exam please
