Very strange..ish...problem. I have a trusty Netaheat profile 50 and an unvented pressurised water system. Just lately the hot water runs cold but no boiler firing. Not all the time mind, but it seems overnight is the "best" time and you end with residual warm then of course cold water.
In the best traditions I tried turning the HW on the programmer off then on and the boiler fires into life and we have have hot water in a short time. tends to work oK after that, have a shower or wash up and boiler will fire up again by itself to heat the water.
BG engineer was out yesterday, seemed a good guy, and because it was all working OK when he arrived, which is typical, and he put a new programmer in under our Homecare policy. We agreed that a process of elimination, programmer then call back. Its happened again first thing this morning. Any advice appreciated please.
Edit: Water pressure in system is just over 2 bar, right on the preset marker, according to the pressure gauge if that is useful
