i was just servicing a firebird popular 90 oil boiler the burner is a riello 40 G3B. when i was doing my FGA the excess air was at 102 so when i adjusted the air damper to bring the excess air down, it drops the excess air down to about 60% and my analyser detects that the C0 is too high. my oil pressure is at 8 bar how can this be when ideally it should between 20% and 50%[/i]

Look at your Previous post I have rsponded there P.S I think the correct Nozzle would be a Danfoss 0-75 Usg/60' EH, at 8-0 Bar Oil pressure
