Oil Leaking from Oil Pressure Sensor

Hi all,

My Citreon Dispatch 1.9 is leaking oil, according to a garage I went to, from the Oil Pressure Sensor. They've quoted £66 to replace.

Me being me, checked how much the part was and its less than a fiver.

If I jack the van up, is it pretty easy to swap?

Providing you get access to the sensor, then changing it should be simplicity itself, remove electrical connection, unscrew old sensor, then screw in the new one..replace electrical connection, job done.

If you have the correct part, then the whole job should not take more than ten minutes.

just be quick when you're swapping them if it's low down on the engine and be prepared to lose some oil
