OIL Tank Shut off

Hi. Advice needed

I have to change/clean the filter coming from my oil tank. It does not have a shut off arm but has a round knob at the end. I'm assuming I would have to trun this to cut off the oil before releasing the bowl below. Anybody know which way? Link to photo below

That is an old style Atkinson Tankmaster, turn the round wheel CLOCKWISE intill it just spins freely - the oil is the off, when you have cleaned the filter turn the wheel ANTI-CLOCKWISE untill it comes to a stop the oil is now ON

At least its just a nylon mesh to clean!
If you need a new mesh / 'O' ring, its Heating parts Specialists 061476 but of course there are other suppliers.
