Need some advise - i am having my new kitchen units and worktops fitted. The fitter has cut the worktop and positioned it in place. Is it necessary to oil the worktop before fitting or can this be done after? If after, does the underside and edges need to be oiled? Is it a big risk if they are not oiled?
