Old Brilliant Fire manual

Does anybody know where we can get hold of a manual for an older Brilliant gas fire Model No: BDA1612N

We need to know the coal arrangement for replacing after service

Brilliant/Lancashire Fires no longer have a copy

Buck I would have taken a photo if I had been the person who took the coals from the fire but alas I am not that guy
So I still need the manual or some advice on the lower bed arrangement

If even the manufacturers dont have a copy then i'm afraid your a bit stuck. There doesn't seem to be anything on the net.
