Old IKEA kitchen sink waste washing machinr

hi , I have an old ikea waste, there are 2 places that look like you could put a washing machine waste, but they are near the top and looks like would be fiddly for a tenant to put a jubilee clip.
The hose is too long for me to add a tee in at the bottom to use stand pipe.
Also would they need drilling out first, or are they ready to use ?

It's an Ikea waste - not ready for, or suitable for use by anything or anyone.

Best option is to sling it away and fit a proper waste with the required connections.
