I'm in the process of renovating our old 60's downstairs toilet and I could do with some help/advice on the best route to go down

The plan was to box in the vertical pipes and the horizontal pipes in the corner, however, there's a junction box next to these pipes that's being routed from the ceiling. It comes in to the junction box and goes out to two sockets in other rooms

Am I able to box all of this in with the pipes and have a screw in cover (or tile) so I can access the cables if needs be? If so, could I remove the old junction box and add the choc block into a smaller box? And then that would be boxed in with all of the pipes

Or has anyone got any other helpful ideas for tidying up this area?

Thanks for any help
