We are re-doing one of the bedrooms, I have just scrapped the walls to find the walls were painted originally but the paint is peeling and patchy whats the best way to remove this. We are thinking of paper the walls with lining paper and painting.
Any advice, we did wanted to scrape the walls and paint them. I was going to re-skim them but they need straightening up first and I cant be bothered.
