Any tips on getting this undone?

2" pipe, I'm assuming BSP?

I'm using a pipe wrench on the nut and one on the pipe to brace but it won't budge.
the part sticking out of the floor is solid but the rest is lead and it seems to move which is making me uneasy.

I was going to try some penetrating lubricant and heating it up but i thought i would check if there was some trick to it I'm missing.

A feckin big pair of stilsons :)

Looks like an old lead waste pipe that it's connected to? Difficult if it won't budge, easy to tear it. The old tenements in Glasgow are full of that stuff. Usually end up having to replace/bypass it.

Cut the lead and connect onto it with a Mcalpine fitting and then to whatever waste you require.
