Working for an estate agent i was asked to go out and try to bleed 2 radiators as the tenant was having problems.
Got to the job and it was 2 of the old style with the bleed nipple at the back facing the wall it was hung on.
Both nipples were completely sheered off and there was no way of even getting a hack saw on them to try and make a screw driver sort them out.
Is there an alternative way to bleed these or fill the system without drilling them out or replacing the rads?

Thanks
Charles

I've tried to use a screw extractor in these and failed. You could try but don't waste too much time. I wasted over an hour trying to get one out. I'd suggest it's rad replacement time.
