OMG my brick slips are here

This is a bloody nightmare !!! got the street graffiti artist coming tomorrow to paint graffiti on it and I told him I would be pointed up by tomorrow. OMG no way will I be ready.
Lena doing her usual roll of her eyes and saying I am to slow. OMG it is something I wished I hadnt started.

If you have the right mix, tools and technique that's a 3-4 hour job, I can tell from the look you have quite a wet mix.

wet mix and ok in the bucket but goes off quick so having to strike off every 3 courses, then the stuff doesnt go through the gun after about 10 to 15 mins so have to wash it all out. it is a total pain, going to try using a pointing trowel and hawke tomorrow as you suggest, this is way to finnicky with a motor gun

If you use too wide a trowel and wet mix it'll spread on to the face of the bricks which will stain them.
When pointing with lime you need to keep working it to keep it lively

Graffiti ready. Thank fook. Been a nightmare but the desired effect we were after has been achieved.

Graffiti around edges of tv so it all blends in. Just going to get a small area of the screen graffiti probably too right hand side and bottom left. Leaving the majority of the screen untouched.
