Just a bit of advise teach your women a little self defense, terrible news story about Kayleigh Haywood the face of the attacker showed she fought but probably didn't know the right moves.

Get them to watch some you tube videos on self defense.

I read an autobiography of an African policeman years ago .......girls were taught to twist a man's testicles apparently this can kill.
Self defense knowledge for women is no joke.
