One cold radiator.

Hi
I'd really appreciate some help.
All the radiators in my house are fine apart from my bedroom which is stone cold.

I spoke to the landlord on the phone (who I know I can get to pay to sort this out but i'd rather do it myself if possible) and they reckon it's a sealed system.
It's a Puma 80e boiler.
I bled air out of it, took of the thermostat valve on one end to check the pin which is out about 10mm.
Still both pipes out of the floor to the rad are cold.
The low pressure warning light on the boiler is not on.

Please help
I'm sure you gathered i don't really know what i'm doing so keep it simple .
