One for electricians - feeding fan from lighting ckt

Hi, I want to do something and want to ask if it's allowed under regs or not.

I want to put a Positive Inout Ventilation fan in loft. Instructions say to feed it from a 3A fused unit. Can I feed this from upstairs lighting circuit in loft? Bathroom fans are allowed to be on lighting circuit so I thought it may be allowed but I don't know for sure so asking for help.

And you won't need a 3 amp fuse if on the lighting circuit.
