Blocked gulley and tried the usual tricks so now its chemicals time.

Is One Shot the most powerful or is there a better one out there?

No, that's the jizzm. Sulphurinc acid so don't splash any.

Wear PPE.

It's cheaper and quicker to just get your arm down there with a spoon.

Or try a large amount of boiling water, followed by a big plunger.

Stick the lance of your pressure washer into the gully, block the rest of it with a rag, packed in tightly and blast away.
