Was going to ask a question re buteline but the banter is more interesting 
Its quiet easy to see who are the time served tradesmen here,i thank these guys for taking time to reply.
Its also quiet easy to see the troli like replies from people that come here for their social life,many just paste from search engines and not currently involved in any trade,unless cut & paste is now a trade.(many on here all day and more,maybe they are retired tradesmen with very out of date ideas)
Pondering about starting a new thread re buteline and ask for answers from trades people only.

Perhaps you should contact James at Plumberpants?? I'd reply myself, but I'm too busy with Steely's wife & Tony's Lodger!!
Maybe a very sucessful tradesperson could afford to live in a manor
Or a cockney.
I think so too.
Trouble is, it's too near to home, so I have tried not to make it my 'local' as I value my family
