open system on a worcester 24cdi, cycling on and off on hot water banging clattering, ok on heating. adv client needs secondary heat exchanger and flush/seal system problem is microbore downstairs under concrete so ive recommended fit sec heat ex, cleans system best of ability add x100 and a magnaclean. any other suggestions other than re routing pipework from above down to radiators

open vented, header tank in the loft to fill the ch system. BG used to put combi's in on an open system as i call it, not sealed.
problem is dirty water in system dhw heat exchanger will clog up again.
