We recently moved in to our new house. The sitting room and office are upstairs(best view overlooking Galway Bay) The builder only put in one chimney for downstairs, even though there was one in the plans for upstairs. A wood burning stove. My question is this. Would it be possible to integrate a flue from the upstairs stove into the existing chimney ??. There is currently no fire downstairs and we intend to put in another wood burning stove there. It is not envisaged that the downstairs one will be used much, if at all.
