When the power was restored after a power cut, it triggered the alarm to sound. After resetting the system to stop the bell ringing, a flashing letter 'A' was displayed in the secondary controller. Since then, the system will not re-alarm although all the control lights are lit. The battery is up to full voltage. Any suggestions as to how to get the system working again would be greatly appreciated.

Reset the panic button/ what ever is connected to the panic Alarm zone. Until this is done the system is locked out.

Also how do you know the battery is good......?

Ah, come on, you know, the meter said 13.78v, so it must be ok, you know that.
