This post is going back to September, so you've probably resolved it by now. Anyway, first thing is to replace the standby battery inside the panel with new (and only new). Two lights should be showing, day and mains. Try your user code, if that doesn't work, press the reset button twice and then press 0,1,2,3, that's the default factory user code, If not 0,1,2,3, try 1, 2, 3, 4, This should bring the two lights up to indicate that the panel is functioning. If there are other zone or tamper lights, then there is a problem with the devices. Don't worry about anyone seeing the default user code on a public forum since it is always changed anyway. If you get that far, or have got that far, let us know and we'll show you how to change the user code so that only you know it. If you are having problems changing the battery, also let the forum know.
