Optima Accenta G4 problem

I have recently moved house and inherited a G4 alarm system. It appear a fairly straight forward set up but I have a problem. There are only 4 pirs and one magnetic connector. 3 downstairs rooms each have a pir and I have established they are all working but for some reason each one is connected to a different zone and the one in the kitchen is on time delay for some reason.
The remaining pir is in the hall and the magnetic connector is on the front door. Neither of these appear to set off the alarm. I have changed the pir and it is lighting up and detecting people but not setting off the alarm. Does anyone have some advice please, thanks

Thanks, If I don’t know which zone the magnetic connector and pir is on, how do I go about re programming them? I am very much an amateur, should I put it in engineers mode, open the panel and try to identify where they are connected?
