Are you sure you haven’t put a perticular zone on chime ? So every time you activate it ….it chimes

No, the zones can not be on chime because we have no pir's so the only way chime would go off is if the front door is opened, which it is not. Do you know if there is any way to permanently omit a zone on the optima or can you only do it when setting the alarm

What devices do you have ?
FRONT DOOR (ZONE 1) - Door magnet contact
BATHROOM WINDOW (ZONE 3)- Shock/Glass break detector
EXTENSION BUILDING DOOR (ZONE 2)-Shock detector (Replaced 2025)
TEXECOM SOUNDER X1 EXTERNAL FRONT (Replaced 2025)
COMPACT CONTROL Panel (Battery replaced 2025)
Then there are still cables running to:
KITCHEN WINDOW
BEDROOM 1-Was a shock/glass break
BEDROOM 2- Was a shock /glass break
I am unsure weather the cables have been cut or stuck up before the new windows went in.
