Outdoor porcelain - grout or selka fast fix

Just had a patio laid. And the builder saying that selka fast fix is better for outside by I always pictured it being grouted to look like a perfect floor.

I’ll attach a photo of the patio and see what you guys think.

The patio was laid straight on to a concrete base will adhesive

They have used 10mm spacers.

So what do you guys think is best?
