Hi,

My partner has bought a bungalow and the kitchen is on the front. She needs an outside tap on the back garden which the living room leads onto. The bathroom is not accessible as it is not on an outside wall. Is the only option to run pipework around the bungalow to the back garden or can a feed be taken from the loft?
Any advice would be great.

Kind regards

Rich

You can take a feed from the loft. You are, however, going to have an extended, external pipe run whichever route you choose. Important then that you have the ability to isolate and drain the external pipe for the winter.

Hi, thanks for the reply,

I think the easiest option is to take the feed from the loft.
