Wondered if anyone could help, we are due to have wall mounted panel heaters put in our bedrooms, but we only have 2 plug sockets in the first bedroom which are located behind our bed the room isnt big enough for the bed to be moved so these sockets are in constant use. Does that mean the heater can not be fitted. As they are unable to drill through into the next room as the next rooms sockets are on the other side of the room. And im assuming a heater behind the bed would be a fire risk.

That is correct. You cannot have a heater fitted behind a bed, or behind any other item of furniture.

If there are no sockets elsewhere, they will have to be added. Cables can be installed in various ways such as under the floor, surface mounted on the wall, dropped down from above, etc.
If those proposing to do the installation are unaware of these ordinary and often used options, find someone else to install them.
