use bcc instead of cc. If you don't want anyone to know who send it, use your own email address in to: and all the rest in the bcc (blank carbon copy)
when creating a new eamil, click on the icon before to: (addresses icon). There you can fill in the bcc.
(Never liked outlook express, am using Eudora myself which shows the bcc in all emails).

For our newsletter I even use a (FREE!) bulk email program that sends out my email (in HTML-form) to all and only showing the recipients email address. Great program, just one click and 200 emails are send
