Just a query really, if two outside lights are fed from the fuse box via a B6 MCB is there any requirement for a fused spur or any type of isolator?

Possibly depends on the situation.
Fitting a double pole isolator will enable full isolation of both Live and Neutral in the event of an outside lamp being damaged or otherwise becoming faulty.
Full isolation will allow other lights to work while outside lamps are faulty..
