Outside Security Lighting

The security lighting doesn't function whatsoever. Have inserted a new 118mm linear halogen bulb - thinking this was the problem, but not so. Any ideas?

Yes, it's probably one or more of:

The circuit
The fuse
The wire
The connections
The switch
The lamp fitting
The PIR

I think you are going to have to lay your hands on a test meter and do some testing.
