Outside socket keeps tripping the fuse box

All units are new and no damp anywhere. Heater works fine on different supply.

Is that supply that it works on protected by an RCD?

Could be a fault with the heater that is picked up on one circuit but not the other.

really hoping there is another consumer unit in this property for the lighting. i see a concerning lack of protective devices under 16A
