My daughter ordered a new kitchen + appliances but there wasn't really a option to keep the fridge/freezer separate from the oven.

They are both in their separate 20mm thick units plus a 20-50mm air gap . The filler panel is 100mm x 20mm , Ideally if i have a 20mm air gap then i don't have to trim the filler panel as marked blue on the photo( the actual filler panel will be full height ) . If needed i can also put 20mm celotex or plaster board in the air gap if that will cut down on heat transfer.

Anyone with experience with this set up.

PS: The oven will rarely be used as shes single and loves the air fryer.

The FF needs ventilation. Read the instructions to see if this can be provided by airflow under the bottom, up the back, and out at the top, or if it needs the sides to have airflow as well.

If not, adding rigid foam insulation would be even better than the cabinet sides plus an air gap.

Some FFs can catch fire if the back panel is plastic rather than metal. I haven't studied that, but I believe "Which" won't give Best Buy rating to any FF with this fire risk. It might affect how you should enclose it.

Any integrated appliance has to be suitable for being in an enclosed cabinet. They all come with instalation instructions ref. ventilaion. Therefore they should not be affected by each other.
