Oven on but no heat

Now I think i've done this before, but I want to check i'm on the correct path.
Our oven has suddenly stopped heating, but the light still comes on at the front of the oven. There is also a noise that, I presume, is the fan coming on.
However, there is no heat.

I'm sure this happened before, and we needed to change the element in the back of the oven (well, take away the back panel and replace it).

We have an Electrolux electric oven.

Does this sound like the correct issue and resolution to folk?

Other than testing element with a meter replacement is the only way to go.
